Policies, Terms & Conditions

This page outlines the official policies and terms governing participation in the Max Platinum Coaching Program and all associated products. These policies ensure fairness, maintain program integrity, and protect members and the business.

By enrolling or making any purchase, you agree to the policies below:

SECTION 1 - Refund Policy (Digital Products)

No refunds on digital purchases. All sales of digital products are final. Because access to digital materials is granted instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital books, guides, courses, tools, or templates. Technical access issues will be resolved by support, but do not qualify for refunds. This applies to all products in the 12 House Blueprint funnel, including the book, Contract to Close, 7 Dollar Coaching, and the 12 House Masterclass.

SECTION 2 - Payment Plans & Failed Payments

If you choose a payment plan (such as the 2-payment option for Contract to Close), your second payment is charged automatically 30 days after purchase. If this payment fails, we will attempt to charge it again on day 32 and day 34. If payment has not succeeded by day 36, access will be paused. You have until day 45 (from your original purchase date) to resolve payment and restore access. After day 45, access must be repurchased at full price. No partial access is retained after this window closes.

SECTION 3 - 7 Dollar Coaching Billing

If you select monthly billing for 7 Dollar Coaching, your card will be charged automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges and ends access immediately. No partial-month refunds are issued. Lifetime Access is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

SECTION 4 - Payment Policy

All payments are processed automatically. Members must maintain a valid payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of access as described above. Payment disputes for products already delivered violate these terms.

SECTION 5 - Chargebacks & Payment Dispute Policy

Chargebacks are not an alternative to a refund request. All billing concerns must be directed to [email protected]. Filing a chargeback after receiving access violates this policy. Chargebacks may result in immediate loss of access and ineligibility for future purchases. Evidence provided in disputes may include access/download logs, purchase records, and support communications.

SECTION 6 - Content & Intellectual Property

All materials are the property of William Tingle Coaching LLC. You may not share login credentials, distribute or forward materials, or use materials in other coaching or education programs. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access and/or legal action.

SECTION 7 - Earnings Disclaimer

Real estate involves risk. Your results depend on your actions, decisions, effort, skills, and local market conditions. No earnings or results are guaranteed. Nothing in this program constitutes legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. William Tingle is not an attorney, CPA, or licensed financial advisor. Always consult a qualified professional before making real estate, legal, or financial decisions.

SECTION 8 - No Affiliation

This site and its products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, lender, or government agency.

SECTION 9 - Product Adjustment

We reserve the right to modify program content, delivery platforms, bonuses, tools, templates, and these policies to improve member outcomes.
